John has over 20 years of experience in the fields of project and claims management, surety services, and construction management, encompassing: diversified planning, supervision, exploratory investigation, project assessment, scheduling, contract negotiation and project cost estimation covering a wide range of structures, building types, and construction materials. He has more than ten years of experience in Construction Claims including: assessment of bond claims, takeover management, independent construction cost estimating, and delay and schedule impact assessment.

Additionally, John served as an expert witness in a number of cases covering contractor defaults, construction defects, and delays. He has published and lectured on various topics relating to construction claims, scheduling, insurance, and bonding.
