Dale A. Fritz, P.E.
Dale has over 31 years of varied engineering, construction management, claims and consulting experience. His experience includes the evaluation, analysis and defense of construction claims for contractors, subcontractors, owners and design consultants, as well as the development and presentation of contractor's claims. Dale's projects have involved complex delay/disruption, productivity and termination evaluations, as well as technical analysis of design error/omission issues. Some of his project experience includes: governmental educational and housing; rapid transit; highway and bridge; power plant and wastewater treatment; high-rise; hotels; health-care and hospital; industrial plants; and detention facilities.
In addition, Dale has provided expert testimony on complex construction, procurement delay issues involving correctional and regional bank facilities, and defense contract manufacturing delays. Dale has also served as a panelist for the American Arbitration Association, on a variety of disputes involving delay, disruption, A/E errors and omissions, defective construction and contractual issues. |
