John has over 30 years of experience in the construction and surety claims arena, serving owners, contractors, sureties, and attorneys. He has provided project management oversight, impact claims analyses, CPM scheduling and analysis, preparation and evaluation of construction claims, surety evaluations, expert witness testimony, and litigation support. John's project experience encompasses virtually every type of project including hotels, resorts, schools, multi-usage office buildings, modern high-rise buildings, retail/entertainment facilities, arenas, waste water treatment plants, healthcare facilities, prisons, hospitals, power plants, co-generation plants, resource recovery facilities, airports, and residential developments.

Throughout his career, John has handled and overseen over 2,000 construction claim matters, and has been qualified as an expert in Federal District Courts, Court of Federal Claims, State Courts, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has provided expert witness testimony on a variety of topics, including: quality/standard of work, design changes, design defects, lack of contractor coordination, excessive changes in work, differing site conditions, construction defects, delays, contract disputes, extra work, and wrongful termination.
