Richard has 18 years experience in the fields of surety consultation, contract administration, construction scheduling and construction claims.  He is experienced in overseeing the completion of mechanical, electrical, general construction, and asbestos abatement projects.  Richard has been involved in a variety of project types including indoor pool facilities, recreational parks, high schools and colleges, athletic fields, correctional facilities, shopping centers, firehouses, bridges and tunnels.  Richard is experienced in the evaluation, analysis and defense of construction claims for owners, as well as the development and presentation of contractor\'s claims.  He is trained in the performance of mold evaluation and surveys.  Richard has extensive experience with project scheduling software including Primavera Project Planner, SureTrak and Microsoft Project.
