Andrew has 23 years of professional experience in civil/structural design, project management oversight, CPM scheduling, the preparation and evaluation of construction claims, and surety evaluations. Some of his project experience includes: modern high-rise buildings, transportation, school renovations, multi-use single story office buildings, hotels, retail/entertainment, arenas, water and waste water treatment plants, health care facilities, hospitals and prisons, nuclear and coal power plants, resource recovery facilities, airports and residential developments.

Andrew has also been qualified as an expert and, as such, has provided expert testimony on schedule impact analysis at mediation, arbitration and trial. He also has written several papers and presented seminars entitled: "CPM in Litigation," "Documenting Impact Claims," and "Documentation and Claims Avoidance."
