When a question arises as to the standard of care of a design professional, it can quickly bring a halt to construction progress. Our claims services are designed to minimize impact to the project and to provide reliable analysis of the issue in question.
As part of our Errors and Omissions (E&O) services, Lovett Silverman can evaluate whether the standards of practice of the design professional were met in the drafting of a project's plans and specifications. Lovett Silverman can also evaluate the project documentation with the intent of verifying that the documents provided substantiate the claim submitted, evaluate and propose corrective methods, provide cost estimates regarding the corrective work, and determine the impact to the project schedule.
Alternately, if corrective action has already been taken, our professional staff of engineers and architects, licensed in numerous states, can also evaluate whether corrective work executed was reasonable in scope and in cost.
