Lovett Silverman’s Bay Area office is seeking a Construction Claims Specialist to supplement our existing project team. This is a full-time, salaried position, with some national travel required. Successful candidates will have:

•  Direct experience with construction claims including delay, acceleration, performance and payment bond claim evaluations

• Direct experience with project scheduling, cost estimating, and forensic accounting

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in construction management

• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and scheduling software

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
