Lovett Silverman was retained by the Owner to provide complete CPM Scheduling services for this fast-tracked construction of a $240 million headquarters for the commodities exchange. Planning and scheduling services performed throughout the course of design and construction included: coordination of preliminary lease development and agency approvals; development and monitoring of the design, construction, and information technology schedules; development of monthly schedule updates and look-aheads; and creation of personnel and equipment migration plan. In addition, Lovett Silverman assisted the Owner in reviewing and resolving disputes between the contractors and construction manager.
