This project is the complete construction of a pair of two-lane Bascule Bridges on the Wantagh Parkway for the New York State Department of Transportation. The two bridges, comprised of four moveable leaves, are part of a busy transportation artery to Jones Beach, New York. The $90 million project consists of earthwork, road construction, marine construction and steel erection, along with the removal of two temporary bridges after successful completion of the drawbridges.

Lovett Silverman was retained to provide cost-to-complete analysis, claims preparation, and CPM scheduling services. In addition, we were requested to develop and periodically review the complete exposure analysis along with project progress.
