This project consisted of the design and construction of a 6,000+ square-foot residence situated in the exclusive North Lake Tahoe community of Lahontan. Late into the construction of the home, conflict arose between the Owner and Contractor, resulting in the termination of the Contractor. Lovett Silverman was initially retained to assist with pending litigation matters related to termination. In addition, Lovett Silverman provided the following services:

• Contract analysis
• Reconciliation of project accounting
• Preparation of expert reports and provision of expert testimony
• Inspection of construction project
• Detailed documentation of all construction defects
• Management of completion contractors' performance of corrective work
