Situated in downtown Honolulu, Hawaii, this 35 story luxury condominium complex project consists of 8 stories of parking and mixed-use facilities, topped by a 27-floor reinforced concrete tower of up-scale condominiums. Because of extensive pre-construction development, two lump sum contracts were negotiated—one for foundation, site and base work, the second for tower completion.
